You will need: an excavator, a dumpy truck, 40 tonnes of soil, several large pipes, battens, straw, sheets of wood, felt, shovels, wildflower seeds and strong, willing workers.
First mow the area to get it ready. Then place the large pipes in formation.
Secure them by screwing them into the battens. fill the spaces with straw. Now add the sheets of wood and cover with felt.
Don't get disheartened by setbacks.
After this keep shovelling the soil until the mound is high enough and wide
enough.
Finally spread wildflower seeds and hope for rain.
